Hollywood Movie present on Facebook

Social games played on Facebook seems to be a new shooting for the film and television industry. Starting this summer's Disney-produced film titled Cars 2, Mr. Popper's Penguins belong to Fox and serial showtime popular CBS TV station will create more profits by presenting their characters in the game up.

Game example of this cooperation is Weeds Social Club. The games launched this month to coincide with the release of the movie Weeds. Here, players will buy and plant different types of marijuana and harvest it before it withered. This game has been approved by Facebook and the makers say the game is not breaking the law.

Hollywood movie studios sell their copyrights to DVDs, TV shows, action figures and clothing of characters apparently not enough for a Hollywood producer. Not wanting to miss the era of online gaming, they are now selling the copyright for social gaming.
